THEATRE OF CAMOGLI

Completed in 1876, designed by the architect. Salvatore Bruno, the Social of Camogli is an example of an Italian theatre with a horseshoe-shaped plant and four orders of stages.

After several decades of closure due to inability to use, in 2016 it was reopened after careful restoration work on the internal and external decorative systems and structural and implantation readjustment. The intervention has restored splendour to the stucco decorations of the stages and proscenium and restored the original colours of the external façades thanks to the removal of the numerous repainting operations carried out over the years.
